Privacy Policy — MirCountries Publisher

This Privacy Policy explains how MirCountries Publisher ("the App", "we") handles information. The App is operated by the owner of the MirCountries project (website www.mircountries.com, YouTube channel @MirCountries, TikTok account @mircountries). Contact: mircountries@gmail.com.

1. Who uses the App

The App is an internal tool used only by the owner of the MirCountries channels to publish videos that the owner created. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

2. What data the App accesses

Google / YouTube: with the owner's permission, the App uses the YouTube Data API v3 with the single OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. It is used only to upload the owner's video files to the owner's channel and to set their title, description, category, language, privacy status and synthetic-media disclosure.

TikTok: with the owner's permission, the App uses TikTok Login Kit (basic profile: open ID, display name, avatar) and the Content Posting API to publish the owner's videos to the owner's TikTok account.

The App does not access, read, collect or store any data of other users, viewers, subscribers, comments, messages or contacts.

3. How data is used

OAuth access and refresh tokens are used only to upload and publish the owner's own videos. No data is used for advertising, profiling, analytics resale or training of AI models.

4. Storage and security

Tokens are stored encrypted in the App's automation platform (n8n Cloud, EU data centre) and are accessible only to the owner. Video files are stored in the owner's own Google Drive and the rendering service's storage.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any user data with third parties. Data is transmitted only to Google/YouTube and TikTok to perform the uploads requested by the owner.

6. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only while the owner uses the App. The owner can revoke access at any time: Google — https://myaccount.google.com/permissions ; TikTok — Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. On revocation or on request to mircountries@gmail.com, stored tokens are deleted within 7 days.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

MirCountries Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

8. YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

9. Content

All published videos are original MirCountries content about landmarks and cultural heritage (AI-assisted footage with narration) and are labelled as synthetic/altered content where required. The App does not create or publish sexual, intimate or non-consensual imagery of any person.
